Ticket reservation terms
Organiser
The organiser and ticket seller is STORIES FROM MEXICO LIMITED, 49 North Main Street, Y35 YT44, Wexford, Ireland. Questions and cancellation requests can be sent through the website contact form or to storiesfrommexicoie@gmail.com.
Event and price
Stories From Mexico 2026 at The Devlin Cinema takes place on 5 September 2026 from 12:00 to 15:00 Dublin time. General Admission costs €10 per person, with a maximum of six tickets per order.
Reservation
Creating an order temporarily reserves the selected capacity for 24 hours. If the buyer does not submit the required transfer information within that period, the reservation expires automatically and the capacity may be offered to someone else.
Manual transfer review
A transfer declaration is not payment approval. Stories From Mexico will compare the submitted details with the Revolut transaction manually. A ticket is issued only after approval. Incorrect, incomplete or unmatched transfers may be rejected.
Tickets and admission
Each approved ticket receives a unique QR code. The QR is valid for one admission only and may be revoked following a valid cancellation, refund or fraud investigation.
Cancellation by the buyer
A buyer may request cancellation and a full refund no later than 29 August 2026 at 12:00 Dublin time, seven days before the event. Requests must identify the order reference and be sent in writing through the contact form or organiser email. After that deadline, tickets are not refundable solely because the buyer’s plans have changed.
This is a leisure activity supplied for a specific date. The general 14-day cooling-off right for many online contracts does not normally apply to this category. This term does not limit any mandatory consumer right where the contracted service is not provided correctly.
Cancellation or date change by the organiser
If the organiser cancels the event, affected buyers are entitled to a full refund. If the event date changes, the buyer may accept the new date or request a full refund. The organiser will communicate material changes using the buyer’s registered email address.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed manually, normally to the originating payment account or another method agreed after identity and order verification. The organiser aims to complete the refund within 14 calendar days of approval. A refund is not complete until the outgoing payment has been recorded. Once a cancellation is approved, the related QR codes are invalidated and the places may be returned to inventory.
Irish consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish consumer law. These terms are governed by Irish law.
